For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary documents published by phfan:

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register a phfan account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where phfan's services are explicitly prohibited;
• You are not a self-excluded individual under any gaming self-exclusion registry recognized in the Philippines;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of phfan or any of its game providers or affiliates;
• You are registering solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phfan is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all Members before permitting real-money withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID);
• Proof of address where requested (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

phfan reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and restrict account access pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly whenever any registered details change. phfan is not liable for losses, delays, or missed communications resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.

As a registered Member, you assume the following obligations with respect to your phfan account:

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfan username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
• Unauthorized Access Reporting: You must notify phfan immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security breach. phfan is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials or report a breach promptly.
• Lawful Use: Your phfan account must be used for personal entertainment only. Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including accepting wagers on behalf of third parties or using your account as a conduit for funds belonging to others, is prohibited.
• Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phfan account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. phfan is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities. Suspected money laundering will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.
• Contact Details Maintenance: You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. phfan uses these for OTP delivery, account security alerts, and communications. An outdated contact may result in loss of account access.

4.1 Deposits

phfan accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet, among other methods listed in the payment section of the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

phfan does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which phfan is not responsible. Deposit processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya typically process instantly; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available exclusively to Members who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name that matches the identity information on the phfan account. phfan targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer timelines depend on the relevant financial institution.

phfan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where required by anti-money laundering obligations. This may result in processing delays. Members will be notified of any such review and any documentation required to complete it.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phfan are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. phfan is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

phfan offers various promotional incentives to registered Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty program rewards. The following general terms apply to all phfan promotions unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members as specified in the individual promotion terms. phfan reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate). Refer to individual promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated, maximum withdrawable winnings from Bonus Funds may be capped at a multiplier of the original bonus amount, as specified per promotion. winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal.
• Abuse: phfan reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.

All games offered on the phfan platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies. phfan does not modify or influence game outcomes.

6.1 Game Results

Game results determined by a certified RNG are final, binding, and not subject to appeal on the grounds of player disagreement with the outcome. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, phfan reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. This is the sole remedy available in the event of a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by phfan's system, the confirmed odds are binding. phfan reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular or suspicious activity, event cancellations, or incorrect pricing errors.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. phfan reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

phfan is not responsible for losses arising from interruptions in your internet connection during gameplay. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure a stable connection before commencing real-money gaming activity. Interrupted live casino game rounds will be settled based on the game's last verifiable state recorded on phfan's servers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfan platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using more than one phfan account, whether under your own identity or a third party's;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents;
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform, or using phfan in any manner inconsistent with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering statutes;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after gaming activity has occurred;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without the player's legitimate exemption from such prohibition;
• Providing false or misleading information to phfan at any time, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.

phfan is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions are effective immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable net loss amounts per session, day, or week. Once reached, access to real-money gaming is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts to notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the phfan platform for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen duration. During self-exclusion, your account is blocked, and phfan will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration.

All content on the phfan platform — including but not limited to the phfan brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software, game presentations (excluding third-party game content), promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phfan or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phfan platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phfan intellectual property without prior written consent from phfan.

Third-party game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property protections.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfan's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any Services shall be limited to the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfan expressly excludes liability for the following, to the extent permissible by law:

• Loss of profits, revenues, anticipated winnings, or business opportunities;
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions outside phfan's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to a Member's failure to secure their credentials;
• Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits phfan's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by phfan's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.1 Termination by phfan

phfan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation confirms no fraud or breach, verified clean balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. All Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your phfan account at any time by contacting phfan's customer support team via live chat or email. Upon verification, phfan will process closure and return any eligible Real Money Balance to your registered payment method, net of any pending wagering requirements or outstanding obligations.

phfan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via account notification, registered email address, or a prominent notice on the phfan website prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of the phfan platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the phfan platform, or any Services provided, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by the aggrieved party, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

phfan is subject to the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to its gaming operations. Complaints relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
